NANS CONVENTION; WE ARE STILL IN ABUJA! IT WILL BE A BIG SHAME TO ALL LEADERS OF THE ORGANISATION THAT AFTER SPENDING SIX DAYS IN ABUJA WITHOUT PRODUCING A NEW NATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF NANS..... SAYS ZONE B COORDINATOR, Okereke Godson C Bishop(CNS)

Calls on CPC to kick start election, "CPC please commence the proces this morning as promised.... NANS ZONE B under my watch spends hundreds of thousands to sustain structures here! Please it's no longer funny", he noted.

The coordinator of NANS zone B has expressed dismay on the way and manner the convention planning committee are going about the electoral process.

Campus Reporter Media gathered information that yesterday the CPC official were unable to conduct an election for whom to emerge as the convention chairman, after much hours spent on accreditation.

Campus Reporter Media also gathered that, as at when it was late in the night, senators and CPC officials were still inside the supposed convention ground, the convention environment became unconducive and unbearable for others, as cult groups clashes and breakout into war,  many were injured and casualty was the other of the night, making students running jetter scatter, to the extent that some security personnel also sustain injuries.

Mr Bishop who noted that he has before now called on the CPC officials to ensure anything they are to do in regards to the electoral process, should be done in day time, frowns at the various persons who might have mobilized down to Abuja, for not cautioning their structures.

He said, the CPC should ensure they commence election this morning as promised last night, "because I will not be partisan of night convention to the extent of risking and jeopardizing the life of my people and it will be a big shame to every leader that after all this time and days spent, we were unable to produce new breeds of leadership", he said.

Mr Bishop have lamented on how he do spend hundreds of thousands of naira on daily basis, just to sustain his structures, I have been spending hundreds of thousands of naira on daily basis for accommodation and feeding of over hundred students leaders for the past six days, this is no longer funny, we are not resident of Abuja, we have other pressing issues to attend to in our various institutions, states and zone, we can't afford staying in Abuja for complete six days without results, the CPC must ensure that NANS Convention must hold today and we must usher new leadership in not exceeding today, he concluded.

Campus reporter media tried calling on the CPC chairman or secretary to know the true state of things, but to no avail, one of the CPC member who addressed campus reporter media said the committee is working harder to ensure we conduct the election, things have been difficult as interest is everywhere. The CPC is trying to ensure that they conduct an independent election that will be faction free.
