The long wait for the 2016 batch B (Stream 2) Camp date has indeed continued to generate fresh dramas daily. This time, it’s an arranged marriage. It’s a known fact that the management of National Youth Service Corp encourages serving youth corp members to marry themselves, and to make it even more enticing the NYSC authority has a policy of sponsoring the wedding, with a specified extra financial support.
Thus, in a bid to escape the current economic realities, and to get back to NYSC over their continued delay of stream 2, PCMs have begun making plans for arranged camp marriage. Alutanews exclusively chanced on such hilarious moment yesterday, January 8, when two stream 2 prospective corp members made marriage plans. The PCMs, by names ChiChi and Ireoluwa, who, until yesterday, were strangers to each other, made this arrangement on a popular Whatsapp group page, agreeing on the sharing formula for the NYSC bounty, which according to chichi, is N4million. They also agreed to divorce the marriage, as soon as the money is secured. Lol…we wish them happy married life in advance, and pray the divorce never works out so they’ll be happy ever after.
