Following complaints by some serving National Youth Service Corp members over the length of time time it usually took to sort out their issues whenever they can’t receive their monthly ‘allowee’, due to relocation, redeployment, or transfer to another state or similar factors, the management of the scheme has directed affected corp members or prospective ones on the fastest means to resolve such problems.
In a directive issued recently by the information directorate of the agency, those experiencing such issues can now take the simple step of using the agency’s twitter platform to lay their complaints. Such corp members have been assured of speedy response if properly directed to its twitter handle. To do so, such complainant must, of course have a twitter handle, or be disposed to one. The next step is to tweet their complaint to @nysc_ng. And an immediate response would be given, the agency promised.
